Technical Developer - Logistics Consulting (Asia) Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

• Following Agile methodologies implemented across the business.
• Translation of technical development and specification for testing development of debugging, User Acceptance Test (UAT), documentation, system administration to an overall new functionality integration.
• Testing the software and assuring its quality
• Implement the localization or globalization of the software as per the market needs.
• Performance tuning, improvement, automation and usability.

Requirements

Required:

• Strong knowledge of PHP.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Competent with Linux/Unix shell.
• Knowledge of web services.

 

Desirable:

• Good understanding of programming principles, algorithms and data structures.
• Familiar with PHP web application framework Symfony.
• Knowledge of test driven development.
• Comfortable using version control systems such as Subversion and Git.
